How do I get to you in Zell am See?
By car, take the B311 to Zell am See and continue into the centre. Our address is Dreifaltigkeitsgasse 1. If you're travelling by train, you can reach us comfortably on foot from Zell am See station.

Can I park at your Hotel zum Hirschen?
Our underground car park offers 28 spaces at 15 euros per day, bookable only through reception. Due to the hydraulic lift system, the spaces cannot be reserved. Public car parks and external garages are located nearby.

When can I check in and out?
Check-in is possible from 2 pm, and check-out until 11 am. The hotel is open daily until 11 pm.

Can I bring my dog to Hotel zum Hirschen?
Yes, dogs are welcome in all rooms. We charge 30 euros per day, food not included. Four-legged friends feel most at home in our rooms with wooden floors, just let us know when you book.

What food and drink is available at the hotel?
Breakfast is served daily from 7.30 to 10 am. In the evening we serve from 6 to 8.30 pm; half board with a 4-course menu costs 35 euros per person. Sunday is our closing day, when the kitchen stays cold and there is no half-board menu. During the day, the afternoon menu is available from 2 to 6 pm.
